The FBHE is a group of military and DOD families dedicated to the home education of our children. We are committed to providing support and encouragement to one another and to participating in activities that will enrich the lives of our children and families.

Throughout the year our group offers social, support, and enrichment activities for our member families. We have participating members with children from pre-school thru high school age and we attempt to plan activities that will appeal to all age ranges.

Social activities include: holiday parties, weekly playgroup, and monthly gatherings such as bowling, hiking, or swimming.

Enrichment activities include: monthly field trips, co-op (four, six week sessions per year), and special events such as a Spelling Bee, Science Fair, International Fair, and Geography Bee.

Support activities include: monthly meetings, and monthly Mom's Coffee. Please feel welcome to join our group to learn about and participate in our activities.
